Angel Escapes provides bespoke luxury travel planning and concierge services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due as specified in your itinerary. All prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed. Payment terms and accepted methods will be provided upon booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the suppliers involved in your booking. We will clearly communicate applicable cancellation terms before confirmation. Our planning fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. We can recommend suitable providers upon request.

Responsibility

While we carefully select our partners and suppliers, Angel Escapes acts as an agent and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are committed to resolving any issues that may arise during your travels.

Changes to Itinerary

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require changes to your itinerary. We will notify you promptly and work to provide suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable.
